Meet Briar Beauty

This is Briar Beauty. Pronounced Bree Air. She is an Ever After High doll. Her story says that she is sleeping beauty's daughter. My favorite part about her is her hair. It is so gorgeous! My least favorite part would be that one of her arms doesn't bend like the other one.

Barbie dolls are a little bit taller then she is, but she still likes to hang out with them!

She just got a doll page! Go check out her profile! The other dolls told me she is posting some interesting things! Also, Briar's friend, Teresa, a Barbie,  got a doll page!

Do you have any Ever After High Dolls?

Remake It: Isabelle's Studio

I decided that I am going to try to remake as much as I can from Isabelle's collection. So I made a new series: Remake It!

Note: The things I am using, you might not have.

First I started with the doll's closet.

Emptied it out.

I put ribbon on the door.

Put up the rack.

Hangers

I stored Scissors, Ruler, and a fabric swatch in this Santa bucket.

Thread and needles.

I am using this Hello Kitty notebook as a Sketch book.

For the sewing machine, I used a duck tape cutter from the fashion angel duck tape fashion set.

A bean bag for a chair.

Scissors

I cut clothing out of a old magazine. I put them behind the ribbon for inspiration.

Here is Marie-Grace enjoying the new studio!

I put some more clothing in the Sketch Book.

When I was done, I stored all my stuff in the Santa bucket so I can use it again!

Are you going to remake anything from Isabelle's studio?

Also, this is my 50th post!

Make a Get Well Soon Card!

Scraps decided she should make a get well soon card for Bruises (these may not be their real names). So I told her I would help her.
Want to join me? Ok, lets get started.
You will need:
-Half Sheet of Paper
-Scissors
-Pens/Markers

Take your half sheet

And cut it in half.

Then cut that sheet in half.

Fold the sheet you just cut in half like a card.

Decorate the front.

And the inside. (like my note?:)

It works for every doll!

Are you going to make a Get Well Soon Card? Send a picture of your doll with it to me for Fun Friday! Go to the page "Extra" for more details.

Room Tour: Marie-Grace & Julie

I am having some technical difficulties. The  get well soon card post will not be up on the blog till Saturday.

First is Marie-Grace. Here she is in her bedroom.

Here is her bed. I made the mattress, blanket, and the three pillows with some help. The daisy pillow is the first thing I ever sewed, and I didn't have an American Girl when I made it. The bed is hand made with Peace Sign Wall Stickers on the base.

The little shelf next to her bed is really my dresser. And her room is on top of the doll's dresser! (dresser is handmade). She has nail polish, Sea Shell, Phone (eraser I bought at a book fair), A journal (can be bought at Dollar Tree in a pack of three), and a  Meet Marie-Grace Book (craft coming soon).

And her slippers are by her bed. (slippers are from the Retired Emily's Robe Set in the Molly collection)

Next is Julie's room.

Here is nutmeg.

Julie's Slippers that came with Julie's PJs.

Here is her bed (Julie's Bed).

This purple back drop is really my curtain!

Her purse from Julie's Accessories.

Lots of stuff here! Her lunchbox, phone, bouncy ball, Julie's Sound Accessories, Journal, and a mini AG magazine. (Can be found in the 2013 winter special magazine)

Is your doll's room similar to mine?
